Here’s what I printed in my “textile printing” class yesterday. I printed both on denim and muslin. This was an experiment for me since I was checking to see how well the clear base for textile worked (the paste to make colors transparent). The verdict is that it works as well as the clear base for paper printing.

This is my first textile print using thin lines. And the verdict from THAT experiment is “go back to using thick lines”. Because I have to register each piece of cloth individually, the ink was drying and clogging up the lines…Unless there was a fool proof way of registering colors on textile to speed the process up.
